Facility Maintenance Technician II
General Statement of Job:
The essential function of the position within the organization is a technical position with the responsibility of operating equipment and upholding preventative maintenance schedules of all vehicles, dredges, pumps and heavy and light equipment utilized at the Lake County Water Authority’s Nutrient Reduction Facility. Duties are performed in compliance with standard operating procedures. The position works independently or as a team, reporting major activities to senior staff. May be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned. Will be required to operate facility on third shift (11PM to 7AM) in the event of above-average rainfall events.
Pay Grade: 19
Minimum starting salary: $19/hour
Maximum starting salary: $21/hour
